Road Safety

Introducing the Community Hub

Imagine a vibrant community center where everyone feels welcome. There’ll be a fun-filled sports hall, a cosy spot to chat with friends, a viewing area to cheer on the action, meeting rooms for important discussions, a flexible space for creative activities, and comfortable changing areas. Outside, we’ll create a beautiful community garden with lush greenery, a fun playground, and plenty of parking. Together, we can build a place where everyone feels connected and inspired!

Location

Planning permission has been granted for a thoughtfully designed community hub to be developed in three phases next to Tara Hill National School. This prime location, centrally situated within Tara Hill village, will offer vital parking spaces along with a range of indoor facilities and outdoor recreational areas. These enhancements are aimed at serving the local community and beyond, fulfilling a strong need for accessible spaces that foster connection, activity, and enjoyment. The new hub will become a focal point for community engagement, encouraging a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for all.

Phase One

Phase One of our exciting community project will focus on creating a vibrant and sustainable community garden. We'll transform the space into a green oasis with allotment plots for residents to grow their own fresh produce, comfortable seating areas for relaxation, a winding walkway for exploring the garden, and a sports field for active recreation. This initial phase will provide a welcoming and enjoyable outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.
